※Product construction process:
1. Check the surface to be coated
Before construction, the surface of the steel structure must be thoroughly derusted and painted with anti-rust paint according to the standard. The coating surface must be clean and free of oil, dust and dew, ensuring that the substrate surface is clean and dry.
2. Open the barrel
Check whether the name, model and color of the paint are consistent with the design specifications. Check whether the product has exceeded the storage period. If it has exceeded the period, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
3. Mixing and dilution
Due to the different specific gravity of various components in the paint, precipitation is a normal phenomenon. It should be fully stirred before use. If it is too thick, it can be diluted with water. The amount of diluent should be controlled at 5%-10%. Do not over-dilution to avoid reducing its bonding strength and affecting the construction quality.
4. Construction method
The spray coating method is adopted, and the roller coating products need to be customized.
5. Construction environment
The ambient temperature at the construction site should be between 5-38℃. Construction is not suitable when the wind speed exceeds level 5.

7. Single-pass coating thickness
During construction, the thickness of the first coat should not exceed 0.3-0.5 mm. The next coat can be applied only after the coating is completely dry. The thickness of each subsequent coat (thin type) should not exceed 1.3 mm.
8. Coating repair
To ensure the flatness of the coating, repairs should be carried out within 10-20 cm around the defect, and the original construction process should be followed.
IX. Appearance Standards
The coating surface of ultra-thin type should be delicate and smooth, and that of thin type should be uniformly rough, without missing coating, obvious color difference, sagging, cracks, rust, shedding, or dirt adhesion.
10. Notes
Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain before the coating dries. To ensure the stability and fireproof performance of the coating, it is recommended to use it with a fireproof coating topcoat.
