※Product Construction Process
1. Check the surface to be painted
Before construction, the surface of the steel components needs to be thoroughly rust removed and rust-proof paint applied according to the standard. The coating surface should be clean, oil-free, dust-free, and dew-free to ensure that the substrate surface is clean and dry.
2. Open the bucket
Check if the name, model, and color of the coating match the design specifications. Check if the product is beyond its storage period. If it is, it can still be used after passing inspection.
3. Mixing and Diluting
Due to the different specific gravity of the various components in the coating, precipitation is a normal phenomenon. It should be fully stirred before use. If it is too thick, it can be diluted with water, and the amount of diluent should be controlled at 5%-10%. Overdilution should be avoided to prevent a reduction in its adhesion strength and affect the construction quality.
4. Construction Method
Spraying method is used (Roller-coating products need to be customized).
5. Construction Environment
The ambient temperature for construction should be between 5-38℃. Construction should not be carried out when the wind is stronger than level 5.
6. Fire Resistance Limit and Coating Thickness

7. Single Pass Coating Thickness
During construction, the thickness of the first coat should not exceed 0.3-0.5 millimeters. After the coating is completely dry, the next coating can be applied. The thickness of each subsequent coat (thin type) should not exceed 1.3 millimeters.
8. Coating Repair
To ensure the flatness of the coating, the repair should be carried out within 10-20 centimeters around the defect, and the repair should be carried out according to the original construction process.
9. Appearance Standards
The coating surface should be uniformly textured, without missed or obvious color difference, flowing, cracking, rust returning, shedding or dirt adhesion.
10. Precautions
The coating should be avoided from exposure to sunlight and rain before it is dry. To ensure the stability and fire performance of the coating, it is recommended to use it with fireproof coating topcoat.
